Trish did a remarkable job. This is our third home purchase and by far this was the smoothest loan approval we've ever had. Trish answered all of our questions very promptly, and ensured that we were making financial decisions with all of the information we needed to be comfortable moving forward. Whenever we had a question (and we were in two different time zones), she most often got back to us within half an hour and would follow up with a more fulsome response within 24 hours.It also makes a difference to me that Trish is involved in the local community and I've seen her representing VU all over the place from our local military installation to the Rotary club. Knowing your loan officer is a real person helps.
