Veterans United has done so well on my first loan, that I worked with them for two other loans. They are knowledgable, answer questions, and work hard to be available as much as possible. They really understand veterans, and really help make a great impression to sellers, and help with pre-approving veterans instead of just prequalifying them. I will definitely be working with them on my next home loan.
One thing that I wish would happen, is that for the whole duration of my loan that I stay with Veterans United. The last time I purchased with Veterans United, they sold my mortgage to Freedom Mortgage, who was extremely pushy, rude, and had abusive sales practices. Even after telling them to stop sales calls, they continued.Veterans United was a blast to work with on my last loan as well as this one. I just hope my loan stays with Veterans United.
