Senior Loan Officer Glenn Leach has worked in the mortgage industry since 2002. He prides himself on educating homebuyers on their VA Loan benefits and is dedicated to helping his homebuyers however he can during the loan process. He cherishes the joy that a first time homeowner experiences when they get their keys more than anything else in his line of work. When he’s not in the office, Glenn is spending time with his wife of over 30 years, Michele, and their three talented children.

Loan Officer Kayla Racus joined the Veterans United family in 2020, and she is dedicated to educating homebuyers through their home loan journeys! . Prior to joining Veterans United, she worked in the financial industry and Madigan Army Medical Center and Human Resource Command on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Kayla is also a military spouse to an active duty Army Green Beret, so she is familiar with the challenges of the military lifestyle. Having experienced many CONUS and OCONUS moves herself, she strives to make the home loan process seamless for her borrowers. Her favorite location was Okinawa, Japan, but she was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and loves exploring anywhere outdoors. When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband, their three boys and their retired military dog. She loves spending summers on the lake and winters in the mountains!

With over 28 years of experience, Loan Officer Larry Burr is passionate about educating his borrowers on the homebuying process and helping them into their new homes. He is excited to work with Veterans and serve those who served. Originally from California, Larry moved to Washington 25 years ago and fell in love with the area. He even summited Mt. Rainier!
