There were multiple ups and downs through out our loan process. The government shut down did not help. Im not sure if it was the loan team or the underwriting team, but our blood pressure stayed high. Im sure individually they were great, but there were multiple times that someone we needed to speak to was out of office and times where documents had been submitted multiple times and still requested. Also times where agents would only speak to Jacob even though I am a joint buyer.
I cannot say enough about our experience with Veterans United Home Loans!!! To be honest I fell into your service by total accident (I did a search for something VA related and Veterans United was the first link)... BEST ACCIDENT I'VE EVER MADE!!!
Great! We would use veterans United again, and had a great experience. Everyone was helpful, calm, and kind. Loved the process of the to do list and one place for documents and everything to easily know where were at in the process and make sure we are all aligned.
