Her commitment to the military community is personal as well; she is the proud mother of two boys, including a West Point graduate who served as an officer in the U.S. Army. In her free time, Tammy enjoys gardening, time on the water, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks with her two dogs.

When he’s not in the office, Glenn is spending time with his wife of over 30 years, Michele, and their three talented children.

Loan Officer Kayla Racus joined the Veterans United family in 2020, and she is dedicated to educating homebuyers through their home loan journeys! . Prior to joining Veterans United, she worked in the financial industry and Madigan Army Medical Center and Human Resource Command on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Kayla is also a military spouse to an active duty Army Green Beret, so she is familiar with the challenges of the military lifestyle. Having experienced many CONUS and OCONUS moves herself, she strives to make the home loan process seamless for her borrowers. Her favorite location was Okinawa, Japan, but she was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and loves exploring anywhere outdoors. When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband, their three boys and their retired military dog. She loves spending summers on the lake and winters in the mountains!
