The loan team went above and beyond to communicate timely and to help guide us through the process. Glenn was very knowledgeable of the VA process and always available to help us at anytime of the day with any questions throughout the process. Service was exceptional.

Glenn is charismatic, very responsive, and pleasant to work with. He is confident in his organization's ability to close quickly, and he and his team work hard to make that a reality. We as buyers make decisions based on that confidence - we are not familiar with every step in the home buying process, and don't always have all of the information, so we have to do that to some extent. There were a number of factors in our transaction (most of which were outside of Glenn's control) that posed risks to the timeline and at times to the deal as a whole. While it isn't Glenn's job to manage all of those risks, it IS his job to acknowledge that they exist and manage the expectations of the buyer accordingly. I enjoyed working with Glenn. I would have enjoyed it more if he had left some margin for error in the timeline to account for some of the uncertainty in the process, and acknowledge as we go through the process what he knows and what he doesn't so that we can make the best decisions we can as buyers.

Glen was always responsive and prompt with all of my questions and inquiries. I look forward to working with him again on the next home.

He was very helpful in explaining paperwork when we were not clear on what they meant and was great at answering our questions.

This person I never met, nor did he ever offer to meet me somewhere after hours. I felt I was talking to a stranger. Although I told him I had bought 4 homes in the past, he seemed to be set on treating me like a child. Extremely unprofessional and flat our rude at times.
