Everything was quick and painless! Mr. Leach and his team provided me with excellent service, always kept me updated on where I was in the process, ensuring I had a complete understanding of everything that was going on and everyone I had the pleasure of working with was very friendly and welcoming.
He kept in touch letting us know how it was going through the whole process. He is such a nice friendly man.
Great service from start to finish. I look forward with working with Glenn in the future. Only thing is I would’ve liked to go through the closing documents together, I’m still confused about the breakdown. Perhaps this should’ve been down with the escrow company.
Glenn was amazing and made sure all paperwork was submitted in Avery timely manner.
Very upfront and transparent, always keep me up to date and in the loop, made the home buying process very stress free.
The loan team went above and beyond to communicate timely and to help guide us through the process. Glenn was very knowledgeable of the VA process and always available to help us at anytime of the day with any questions throughout the process. Service was exceptional.
Great service and always answered my many questions
Glenn assembled the best team to help us get this loan and home from start to finish!!!
Glenn is charismatic, very responsive, and pleasant to work with. He is confident in his organization's ability to close quickly, and he and his team work hard to make that a reality. We as buyers make decisions based on that confidence - we are not familiar with every step in the home buying process, and don't always have all of the information, so we have to do that to some extent. There were a number of factors in our transaction (most of which were outside of Glenn's control) that posed risks to the timeline and at times to the deal as a whole. While it isn't Glenn's job to manage all of those risks, it IS his job to acknowledge that they exist and manage the expectations of the buyer accordingly. I enjoyed working with Glenn. I would have enjoyed it more if he had left some margin for error in the timeline to account for some of the uncertainty in the process, and acknowledge as we go through the process what he knows and what he doesn't so that we can make the best decisions we can as buyers.
