I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. Tyler was awesome. He was available for questions day and night. Spent time explaining all the details I didn’t understand and ran the numbers quickly for me every time I wanted to change something. Ask for Tyler and John. They made a great team. The also send a house warming gift for my son after closing that made our first few days in the house a little easier.
There were some delays (mostly on my end but something I would like to advocate for) in terms of getting information as it was sent to just email rather than a text or phone call...Just for future would recommend maybe confirming best contact method. I had an issue with my email notifications which was a huge part of it on my end to. But overall I very much appreciate the teams effort and expertise.
