There are target deadlines to meet, stringent requirements and a marathon of paperwork, conditions, and stipulations that require finesses and expertise. Both Trish and Kristie provided the heavy lifting assistance and processing, were timely in their responses, and were excellent guides and partners that supported me through every step of the way. They made the process fairly painless and provided options and alternatives without any pressure.
