Veterans United Home Loans did a fantastic job in assisting me with the initial purchase of my home and refinance. However, the title company that was choosen both times was very poor in their customer service.
Veterans United Home Loans was great. This is not my first home, but it was definitly the most rewarding experience we've ever had while purchasing a home. The team walked us through the process and just made everything seem so personal and satifying
Veteran's United worked quickly and professionally to facilitate the completion of my loan and at the best rate. They were available to answer any questions I had any time of the day.
At the beginning of the loan process they were helpful. But in the end there was a lot of miscommunication, misinformation, and missed deadlines because of it. Too much impersonal communication by email.
The staff at Veterans United all were great to help us in getting pre-qaulified for our first home purchase. They made the process seem much easier then the horror stories many people share. I would recommend VU to any future buyers.
