Glenn was extremely helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process. Buying a home is a very emotional process. He had good advise and was like our coach to help us get to the finish. It took a long time for the appraisal to come through. It came at the least minute. The request was out in July 6 and doesn't come in until a few days before scheduled closing date. Was very nervous and had to renegotiate the price. Constant emails back and forth. Don't think that's the fault if your people, but maybe should have gone with another appraisal company after a couple weeks of not being it.
