I was very disappointed in the appraisal process, which took over a month. I was unable to get the rate or loan that was projected due to waiting on appraiser. I probably would have backed out of deal if I wasn't in such a bind with daughter battling leukimia.
Tammie is really amazing and very helpful through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and really makes Veterans feel that they're being taking care of. Debbie was really great as well, and great in collecting documents and keeping us updated. Best lender team!!
my wife and I enjoyed our experience with Veterans United. Even when we need to speak with a local rep they helped us get in touch with a VU representative. it has been a great experience
