I was very disappointed in the appraisal process, which took over a month. I was unable to get the rate or loan that was projected due to waiting on appraiser. I probably would have backed out of deal if I wasn't in such a bind with daughter battling leukimia.

Trish and Kristy were amazing! They were always there to help and took time to go over all the paperwork to ensure we understood what exactly we were signing. They were very kind and even sent a special gift when our entire family caught the flu for an entire week. They were very generous and made our loan process go very smoothly. My husband and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
