Service was great however underwriting was horrible. I don't understand the need for my to write a letter explaining my specific job duties are when I have proven my employment in multiple ways.
When I purchased my home last year I went through the home office in MO. It was an outstanding experience. I just refinanced my home through a VU branch in Puyallup WA. The experience was awful! It took almost 2 months to do a streamline re-fi.
Great and super easy process. I had had to do was provide some information and they did the rest. This is the second VA home loan though Veterans United. Tamy was amazing, and came highly recommended from Chris Cano is San Diego.
