Service was great however underwriting was horrible. I don't understand the need for my to write a letter explaining my specific job duties are when I have proven my employment in multiple ways.
When I purchased my home last year I went through the home office in MO. It was an outstanding experience. I just refinanced my home through a VU branch in Puyallup WA. The experience was awful! It took almost 2 months to do a streamline re-fi.
