Tammy was great, and very very helpful at any time. I do recommend E Signture for easier process, instead of, print, sign, scan, then email. The reality company used it, and all the signings were completed quickly and smoothly.

Our purchase had a lot of issues due to major repairs needing to be done before closing . This caused many delays and frustrations for all involved, however the staff were always positive and patient in dealing with our crazy situation.
