When I purchased my home last year I went through the home office in MO. It was an outstanding experience. I just refinanced my home through a VU branch in Puyallup WA. The experience was awful! It took almost 2 months to do a streamline re-fi.

We experienced two extensions of our closing date for issues that seemed like should have been resolved much earlier in the process. Those extensions caused our move to be much more complicated and expensive than seemed necessary. Very frustrating.
