My loan specialist recommended a title company that I would never recommend to anyone. My closing date did not occur as scheduled and no one contacted me to provide any information. Communication was terrible.

Jennifer was the absolute best. She was there for me when I had tons of questions. She was so kind and understanding, even with the questions that didn’t make sense. She made the process very simple and was even able to get me more buying power to make the process even easier with the housing market as crazy as it is with competition. Would highly recommend Jennifer and Veterans United to any Veteran or ServiceMember looking to buy a home.

There were situations that was not clear that made me feel that there seemed to be a lack of internal communication that went on at your end. An example is the information that I receive on how the closing with the Title company will be scheduled. Another situation was with the house inspection where I was told that I needed to provide proof that the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors were installed along with the tie down of our water heater and yet when the rep came by to take pictures I was told that all that was needed was the picture of the water heater being tied down. However, I was later requested to submit pictures of the detectors being installed. It was minor, but it just made me wonder if information was being passed on.

The team was quick and professional. We moved our loan from our bank to Vet United because our bank pushed us out 120 days! We were closed within 30 at Vet United. They kept every promise and deadline they made. Super happy!
