The office staff is knowledgable and willing to assist you with your questions about your mortgage transaction. Always friendly and courteous. Someone that you could call with your confidence about your inquires. They always ended the conversation making you feel more at ease, than when you first called. A sigh of assurance and relief in a confusing world.

Communication between my loan specialist and her assistant seemed to be lacking at times. Ocasionally I was asked to provide the same information more than once, or was unsure about what was required. However, overall everything went very smoothly and I am more than satisfied with my experience. Great company to work with.
