Getting into contact with the team leading up to my closing was extremely difficult and I would not be contacted back for hours after reaching out. In a time of constant change, I was disappointed that I could not speak with my team quickly about closing matters.The underwriting process was terrible. There we unnecessary delays and things requested that my team should have told me about in advance, not when the underwriter requested them.I will not be recommending VU to others. This has not been a good experience for me.

Jon Ouk was extremely matter of fact, which is how I like it. He explained to me exactly what I could afford and what I needed to know to get the house I wanted. He helped me through the entire process, no bull, just straight facts, and the entire thing was done with precision. Jon is the money, and Bryan was everything else. Bryan Kay was the exceptional at answering questions and helping me through the other part of the process.
