Very friendly and personable during the process. Communication was outstanding and answered my questions in a very timely manner.I would recommend VU to all vets.
Ourbloan process went very smoothly. Underwriter seemed,very thorough.
My experience was incredible! The only issue I had was that I was away on training for the reserves and they needed my LES for the month prior and I was unable to get it in time because I had no access to a computer. I get that it was needed but I wish they would've told me bed I left when I asked if they needed anything else and they said no, just needed to sign the final closing papers.
My loan officer was Glenn Leach him and his crew are rockstars!!! If you Choose to go with Veterans United. and Glenn Leach is your loan officer be prepared to be impressed. Glenn is detailed, tenacious and highly capable if he cant get your loan approved no one can.
