I loved the Online process. Very seamless & smooth & the “To-Do’s” List can’t be beat for its ease of use & in making it so clear as to what tasks you need to complete for your loan!! Also chose VU because there was a local office in our town so I could drop documents off in the AM when I got off of work!!! So nice!! Even though we are not veterans, Veterans United helped us secure the best loan while keeping in constant communication with us making sure that we understood everything going on. This process was completely a breeze because of our loan specialist, Jen Rambow. Jen was a text or phone call away the entire process. She never made me feel like my questions were redundant or stupid. She made me feel welcomed into the Veterans United family, even though neither my husband or I are veterans. She was thorough and made sure we understood everything that we had questions about. She even got is in under what we thought closing costs were going to be, and that was amazing!
