I never felt uneasy during the process even as a first time buyer with minimal knowledge. Would highly recommend hands down. My loan officer was Brent Schultz, loan officer made my home buying experience very easy, and appreciate all the help veterans United had given me and my family. With my experience so far the staff has been nothing but outstandingly helpful and professional from the beginning and with the mobile app has made the process extremely pleasant to use and can't come up with anything to thank them enough for finding the home my family to love.
I still am in awe of how smooth the process was through VA United. I couldn't have had a better team working with me! I really did not know what to expect and feel as I got blindsided with emotions.
