This was our first experience with VU and I can be sure to say it will not be our last. Great communication, amazing team work within VU but also with our Realtor. Thank you for not giving up on us and for getting it done so fast!!!!! Love the App as well!!!

NFCU was not easy to work with, so I switched to VUHL because they have better customer service.

My experience with a Veterans United was very positive, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

After having doubts of buying, my first home, veterans United was able to make their process much more easier. I will not say the same for the builders sound build wasn’t easy to work with. There were things that were promised, and never happened. But all in all my first homebuying experience wasn’t bad at all.

Everyone on the entire team was available at all times. I felt like I could’ve asked anyone a question at 2 in the morning and they would’ve picked up right away, that’s how good they were.

At first we had a horrible time with veterans United. We got a loan officer that wasn’t doing their job and then was paired with a realtor that didn’t care about us. Then we got switched over to Jen who was absolutely fantastic!!! She definitely saved the day and turned us around about veterans United.

We bought our home from overseas which can make anyone feel uneasy. The team we worked with at Veterans United far exceeded our expectations. They answered all our questions and explained ever step and number along the way. They helped ease a lot of stress that comes with the buying process. It was a great buying experience!

We think our experience would have been better had we started with Tammie in the first place. The first person we got set the tone and messed a lot of things up. It made us unsure and uncomfortable. It overall was not a great experience

My only feedback would be for the website user experience in the "To-Do" list. Please, add a button that simply allows you to upload documents without clicking through the "To-Do" list to figure out where it goes. As the payer, I shouldn't have to be the one that sorts documents into the correct folder. That should be done by the loan team since they are the ones that ultimately make the decision on whether or not my documents are sufficient. Other than this small bit of frustration, the entire experience was much better than I've experienced with other loan companies.

It was truly an amazing experience to buy a home with this team. They made us feel like part of the family.

When I started looking for a mortgage team, I went with my previous loan provider, Freedom Mortgage. The loan officer did not seem to have a sense of urgency and was not readily available to reach out to to keep the process quick. I switched to Veterans United and the moment I submitted my application (around midnight!) I received a call to get started and everything went super fast and I was able to be in contact with Trish at any time without issue! I'm glad I went with VU, as they're quick, reliable, and very professional.

I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a home to veteran united. They will not be disappointed. To quote from a movie; I would chose them 7 days a week and twice on Sunday

Never in the history of my short life have I ever not been a panicky person so when I say that this team, especially Mr. Glenn Leach, brought me so much reassurance and calmness throughout the process even when things went a little wonky, believe that he must indeed be the absolute best. I couldn't give you a single negative thought towards the entire interaction with the Puyallup VU team. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and truly seemed to be above and beyond dedicated to getting our family a home. Such an amazing, passionate group and company!

One thing that I wish would happen, is that for the whole duration of my loan that I stay with Veterans United. The last time I purchased with Veterans United, they sold my mortgage to Freedom Mortgage, who was extremely pushy, rude, and had abusive sales practices. Even after telling them to stop sales calls, they continued.Veterans United was a blast to work with on my last loan as well as this one. I just hope my loan stays with Veterans United.
