Even though I had a ton of questions, was impatient and anxious, Tammie was always patient and understanding. She was always able to help me, or find answers for me, in a timely manner.
The process was unique based on my situation, but I think some additional training for individuals wouldn't be bad for unique scenarios
Veterans home loans was great
It took a long time for the appraisal to come through. It came at the least minute. The request was out in July 6 and doesn't come in until a few days before scheduled closing date. Was very nervous and had to renegotiate the price. Constant emails back and forth. Don't think that's the fault if your people, but maybe should have gone with another appraisal company after a couple weeks of not being it.
