Very friendly, very informative; I always was left with the feeling that they were doing their very best for me.
Glenn and Christie were very helpful and made the process a lot easier.
I was very disappointed in the appraisal process, which took over a month. I was unable to get the rate or loan that was projected due to waiting on appraiser. I probably would have backed out of deal if I wasn't in such a bind with daughter battling leukimia.
