Michael and his team did absolutely amazing. This is my third home buying process with Michael Pitts and every time he does absolutely amazing. If we buy another home and he’s still there we’ll use him again.
We were in dire straights, our home had mold and I am disabled from Iraq. We turned to an internet search and we found Veteran's United. Fantastic experience! What mattered most to my wife and I was having a team of professionals to help us through the homebuying process. We were impressed for the most part. I felt that the process went as fast as we wanted it to go and at no time did I feel like "the ball had been dropped" as there was always someone on the team to answer questions and/or to hold others accountable.

I highly recommend Veterans United. Having dealt with other mortgage lenders I can tell you they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the VA Loan process. Even if you have undesirable credit; they have a team that coaches you on how to build it back up. You never have to worry about being embarrassed because there is no judgement. They really there to help. Although there is a lot of running around and document requirements in the beginning, I can assure you it is for a good reason. They are very thorough therefor making sure there are no surprises when it comes to closing.
Everyone was great and did their job properly besides the loan coordinator l, he made the process very difficult.

Time, Lisa, Amanda, and the entire team assigned to our Loan were absolutely phenomenal. A lot of smaller companies wanted to compete by saying we’d feel “left behind” during the process and that communications would drop, but that was NOT the case with our Loan team. If anything. VU proved to not only bring the most honest and transparent team but also the most competitive rate. Every question we had (and there were many) was answered quickly, clearly, and patiently. Our family could not be happier with the team. Tim is personable and thorough, Lisa is professional with excellent follow up, and Amanda is bubbly and easy to talk to. The app is an excellent interface and made the entire process clean, efficient, and simple! We will recommend VU every time we’re asked!
