This was my first time buying a townhouse, and I have little experience or knowledge with buying a home through Veterans United. The only knowledge I have was through the internet and hearing stories from my friends and their experiences. So I went with it and purchased a home in HI which was expensive, a long process but yet thrilling in the end. The teams that I work with were amazing and very knowledgeable, and I can't thank them enough throughout each step of the way. They made it easy for me, even though I'm in a different state. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I have no no problem with Veterans United Service. If I call and I leave a message someone always calls me back. Answers any questions I might have. Customer service is outstanding.
Extremely accommodating. I needed a certain closing date and this team made sure everything was taken care. They communicated to me what was needed and were always friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend for any veterans who want to buy a home.

We are very grateful for Trish Cole! She came in at time where everyone else we had tried had failed us. Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. I love the fact that you have a secure portal to place all of your documents in versus putting it in an email. This is what sets Veterans United apart from the rest. Everything went smoothly. I wasn't able to communicate much with my load officer team due to my crazy work schedule, but even like that they answered my questions whenever I messaged them.
I’ve never seen a company, let alone a Morgage lender go to such great lengths to make our home purchase happen. They did way more than just provide a loan. They were extremely responsive and involved with every step. They were thoughtful and it felt personal from day one to closing. I won’t ever use another lender.
