Everyone was very nice and courteous. Always there when I had questions and needed them.
I was searching for a VA loan and saw the ad for veterans united. My friends nephew used VU when he relocated back to North Carolina. I would recommend to anyone to call Veterans United first. Again, I can’t say enough good things about my loan team and everyone at Veterans United. Extremely helpful from start to finish.

Communication was fantastic at the beginning until about 2 weeks before signing. Not quite as fast of response that we had been having but was probably spoiled. LOVED the online To Do List and appreciated the check in texts or phone calls. With so many people to check in with there was always someone to get an answer from. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.
I must add Laura and Shelby were also very helpful throughout this whole process it wasn't for them I don't think we would be where we are today and want to thank them as well guide us through everything helped us in whatever we needed to know thank you from service of lights water loans everything we needed to know they were there for us thank you
I would tell people to go to a local bank. Thank you for what you did di. Bit I will not give a good review, you lied toe all the way. Im not the least bit happy with the way things turned out.
