Sydney and Julie doing an outstanding job with keeping me informed of the refinance process and next steps to make, all while providing compassion and sympathy for my family’s loss of my mom. Both of the ladies deserve to be recognized for their exceptional professionalism! Veterans United and Sydney were my first mortgage company and loan officer that made that process easier. When it came to refinance this loan and consolidation of my debts, Veterans United was the first mortgage company that came to mind. I was thankful to have Sydney and her team on board.
